Hit the stationary bike for the first time in FOREVER! I wanted to work out, but not go anywhere. It was nice. Fast burn and I used little hand weights so that got my arms going! Yay!

Woot! Great job! =D I have a question which is kind of random.. but I've just started this weight loss journey a few weeks ago.. I've been eating lots of lean cuisine. I love to cook... but don't really have many healthy recipes, do you know of any? I'm not a picky eater really.. I just refuse to eat pork.
