- 1 – Zumba Saturday. A real, good, JUST right workout for how I was feeling. Yay!
- 2 – OKAY, I know that the middle of a fibro flare up is not the time to push myself, but for my mental health I NEEDED a run. So, I went to the gym and I ran! I ran for an hour straight and I ran pretty fast. Not my fastest by any means, but I got 5.25 miles done in an hour! Not bad!
