I am trying to figure out what I am so hungry lately. I have been craving salt like insanity! I looked it up and while there are several major things that can cause salt cravings the most common is dehydration. That makes a bit of sense, as yesterday I drank more water than the rest of the week and it was the only day I didn’t rip up the pretzels.
Today I am trying to remember to eat BEFORE it gets to a “Dang! I am hoon-gry!” level. Thus, the snackage pictured.

Hey Girl ... Its Amalia ... You know what I noticed that external variables effect how you eat also. I can be in Virginia and stick to my eating plan. I come back to my mother's house and I can't stop eating. Even if I eat healthy things I wil just keep eating more and more. And its not fighting or problems. More like subconscious trigers for example as I type this she is talking to me as if she can't see that I am typing and that requires me to think. How could I possibly think, type and listen to her go on and on and on ... don't know but chocolate sounds good right now LOL
