30 minutes; 138.3 calories burned; 6.034 miles biked. My legs are twitchy – lately after a workout they have stayed that way for a little while. Strange because that is what it was like when I first started working out, then it had gone away for a minute. Hmmm.
Oh, and BTW, check out the time stamp on this post. That is right, I got up hellafied early. I believe the official time is ass crack of dawn!
