First goal – 10% of starting weight – 25 pounds – need to lose: DONE
Second goal – 10% of new weight (230) – 23 pounds – need to lose: 4.8
Third goal – 10% of new weight (207) – 20 pounds – need to lose: 24.8
Fourth goal – 10% of new weight (187) – 18 pounds – need to lose: 42.8
100 pound goal – projected new weight (169) – 14 pounds – 56.8
I just wanted to update those. I meant to do it every month and had not realized that I didn’t do it. It’s wild and great to see. I mean last week I spent the whole time feeling so far from where I wanted to be and then I look at these numbers and I am almost HALF WAY THERE!
